A San Luis Obispo County populace which is informed, engaged, and empowered to actively participate in the political process and decisions which will impact the quality of life they and future generations will experience as residents of the county.
SLO Coast Alliance is a consortium of over 30 environmental groups who have banded together to speak out for protection and preservation of the coast and the watersheds that run to the sea. There are over 22,000 supporters from member organizations.
Our desire is to inform and educate the public on issues regarding the protection of the biological, cultural, visual, and agricultural resources of the coastal environment so all interested parties can help us achieve our objective -- protecting the coast.
